Compassionate care, centered on you
Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. I work with adults who are feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally drained, and ready for something to change.
My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system, creating space to process difficult experiences and develop tools that actually fit your real life. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel understood, empowered, and guided toward meaningful change and greater control over their lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice providing individual therapy to adults. I specialize in Trauma and have experience working with Anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, grief, Medical anxiety, Co-dependency, and Perinatal/Postnatal anxiety. I also support adults navigating fertility challenges. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping you feel safe, supported, and understood throughout the healing process.
Through telehealth sessions, my approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies: CBT, DBT, ERP, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief therapy, mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and the Tapping Method (EFT). I help clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.
